Our amazing family friends offered us their vacation home in Lake Tahoe, so we decided to go during my last spring break from law school. It's so nice to take mini moons before your honeymoon! I've never been to Lake Tahoe, so I didn't know what to expect, but I was just so thankful to get away from home. We first dropped by Sunny's parents place in San Rafael, CA before we head towards Lake Tahoe. On our way to Sunny's place, we went to get oysters. Yes, again! And of course we got our Phil's coffee fix. This trip was absolutely magical. Although it was a bit boring, since there wasn't much to do, it was so nice to be out in the nature and soak up the sun.
Our friends, Ross and Katie, from Omaha actually joined us a day later, which was a super plus because we were getting really bored. We literally ate lots and played a board game called "bang" until we had to go to sleep. It felt like I was in college all over again.
