Boyfriend's Surprise part 3: Running Man

This was Definitely the MAIN surprise for his Birthday.
My boyfriend is in LOVEE with this Korean show called Running Man and in that show, they play a main game that is a mix of 'hide and go seek' & 'tag'.
Basically, my boyfriend was the person who had to tag or eliminate people by taking off other people's name tags, while other people (civilians) had to search for clues to eliminate my boyfriend. The twist to this game was that there were two spies who help my boyfriend, but their identities couldn't be revealed because if the civilians found out that they were spies, then they had the ability to eliminate the spies.
I know.. a bit complicating huh?
But because this show and game was my boyfriend's FAVORITE, I really wanted to throw him a running man party, and Thanks to EVERYONE who participated, this party was a SUCCESS!

Boyfriend's Birthday Surprise part 2

Midnight surprise! All of the youth from his Thai Laos Church got together and surprised him at midnight!
We even made a sign with his a funny picture of him as an O (Sonsern is his name)
Although we were anticipating a great surprise from him, our surprise was ruined by us walking into his room, when he was in the bathroom -_-...
So his roommates were surprised, but not him.. O WELL!

Fantasmic 20th Anniversary

Happy 20th Anniversary Fantasmic!
I remember when I first saw Fantasmic about 12 years ago, and I was completely blown away. My favorite part was when Mickey saved the day with his awesome sword and with his awesome dance! Fantasmic gave me a little spark of hope and excitement about performances and about LIFE! Don't you just want to be one of the characters when you see it?

I feel special to be able to celebrate their 20th anniversary as an annual pass holder with my boyfriend and my friend, Michelle :)
I hope it never ends!!

That Easter Sunday

I feel like I've been posting too much about my New York trip, so I wanted to change some things up. Of course updating in chronological order is important to me, but I just really got a bit tired of New York right now. So, I would like to share what I did during the Easter Sunday.

Joy, my boyfriend's little sister, came down from Norcal (Northern California) to visit some colleges. So we just went to multiple services visiting different people the whole day. Let me tell you, it was fun to be with people and being in the services, but it was also really tiring. I don't think I can do more than two services a day...

The Perfect Birthday Weekend Part 3

For my birthday, my boyfriend kindly planned a three day date for me!

He first surprised me with gifts outside of my house, which I loved, and then he took me kayaking!
It was so great being at the beach on a warm day.
And then the second day, we had an amazing shaved ice, walked down the lake, and watched The Vow.
Last day, we had the perfect dinner "Thai Food!"

Anti-Valentine's Day Party

I don't know if you have watched the Valentine's Day the movie, but in that movie there is a scene where Jessica Biel throws this Anti-Valentine's Day party. After my friends and I saw that movie, we thought it would be fun to throw one. However, we didn't get to last year, so to make up for that, I decided to throw one as an excuse to gather my friends together, since we all parted our ways after graduating.

ANDDDD...The party was a success! We had lots of fun, lots of food and we also had SPARKLERS!

Valentine's Day

This Valentine's Day, let me just say that I was a jerk.
As a girl, I did have my expectations because last year, when we celebrated our first Valentine's day, my boyfriend surprised me so much that I couldn't help but to expect something from him.
And of course! He did not fail my expectations.
Well.. at first, I kind of felt like he didn't understand me, because he gave me kettle corn, work out clothes, and personalized card (this one i loved). I guess I wanted something romantic..
So I became really selfish and I kind of got a little sad, BUT then he busted out this jewelry box, which had these rings that I REALLY wanted for a long time, but was never able to find!

yes yes... he literally made me cry..

Lesson to learn from this day was to not have expectations and to put aside my selfishness.. Although many times I don't know that I'm being selfish until later, but through God, all things are possible right?

Thank you boyfriend
